FREE RETURNS | RETURN POLICY
Lencca stands behind the quality of our products by offering a simple return process. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
Please note that refunds and returns through lencca.com will only apply to purchases made directly through our website. We can, however, help you reach the appropriate contact to return purchases made on other approved online vendor websites. To return a product you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the return period. We are not able to accept returns without prior an RMA number. Once issued by our representatives, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by Lencca. RMA numbers may not be extended or reissued. Please prominently display the RMA number(s) on the boxes containing the returned product.
If you are located in the US, your return is Free. If you are outside of the U.S. you may be subject to shipping charges, duties, and taxes per your country’s policies. For your own benefit, please be sure to retain tracking information and appropriate insurance coverage when shipping items back to us. Your refund will be authorized upon receipt of your returned item(s).
LENCCA LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Lencca warrants, to the original purchaser, that its products will be free from defects in materials, parts, and workmanship. The warranty begins on the date of product purchase and covers the life of the product, worldwide.
This Warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage, loss, general misuse, mishandling, or improper application, accidents, attempted alterations or repairs by unauthorized Lencca representatives. Products purchased at a discounted price of 40% or more of the advertised price on our official website do not qualify for the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting a representative through the information provided on our website. If the warranty claim is authorized, an RMA number will be issued.
The product must be accompanied with a dated proof of purchase, indicating the place of purchase (i.e.: retailer name, e-commerce website). Send the product, with prepaid postage and in suitable protective packaging to meet shipping standards. You must include a RMA number on the outside of the box, and your telephone number and return shipping address within the package. Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy of the customer as provided under this warranty.
You can edit your Lencca account information at any time. We may send you certain communications relating to the Lencca service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Lencca newsletter, that are considered part of your Lencca account. You will always be offered the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them. As you browse Lencca.com, cookies may be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. You can delete your account by contacting Lencca.
