for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Lencca warrants, to the original purchaser, that its products will be free from defects in materials, parts, and workmanship. The warranty begins on the date of product purchase and covers the life of the product.

This Warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage, loss, general misuse, mishandling, or improper application, accidents, attempted alterations or repairs by unauthorized Lencca representatives. Products purchased at a discounted price of 40% or more of the advertised price on our official website do not qualify for the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting a representative through the information provided on our website. If the warranty claim is authorized, an RMA number will be issued.

The product must be accompanied with a dated proof of purchase, indicating the place of purchase (i.e.: retailer name, e-commerce website). Send the product, with prepaid postage and in suitable protective packaging to meet shipping standards. You must include a RMA number on the outside of the box, and your telephone number and return shipping address within the package. Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy under this warranty.
